आसाम की गारो पहाड़ियों के विहँगों को
जैसलमेर की मरुभूमि में देखे
और देखा !

फूलों की घाटी में कैक्टस का नृत्य

अमराई में
उगते हुये कीकर  के पौधे
आज सुना मैंने
कोकिल का करुण स्वर

कामाख्या देवी के मंदिर में
मिमियाते हुये मेमनों का क्रन्दन
जिनका मॉस
किलो के भाव बिक रहा था
पहाड़ी के नीचे नगर की वीथियों पर

कुछ देखने , कुछ सुनने का

आज मेरा पहला दिन था  ../

नाम नाटक के पात्रों का है
"राम", "श्याम" ,"बुद्ध","महावीर","जीसस "
और बहुत से
'अनाम',
हम अभिनय ही देख सकते हैं
और अभिनय ही समझ सकते हैं

और समझ सकते हैं , मात्र 'नाम'

'अनाम' हमारी पकड़ से दूर
क्यों की 'वो'
इतने निकट है /

चंचल शीतल प्रेम लालिमा
मेघों के झुरमुट ने रोकी
राह, दिखा घनघॊर कालिमा

रोके नहीं रुकी किरणे जब
विलख पड़ी मेघों की छाया
आज बड़े दिन बाद कोई
मेघों को चीर धरा पर आया

आया लिए सलोनी प्यारी
मृगतृष्णा से भरी सुराही
राह निहारे बैठ अकेला
